Covid-19 Update

The Vancouver Art Gallery Store is open for in-store shopping! 

Following the Provincial Health Office announcement, effective March 11, 2022, masks will no longer be required for visitors, staff, volunteers and patrons to the Gallery. Although the requirement for masks has been removed, the Gallery highly encourages the continued use of masks while in public areas.

Effective April 8, 2022, the Gallery will no longer require vaccine passports for our members, visitors, volunteers and patrons. As we move through this transition period of lifting restrictions, we encourage everyone to respect the comfort levels of those around them.

 

In-Store Pickup is available!

In-Store pickup is available during our business hours : Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat-Sun 10AM-5:30PM | Thurs, Fri 10AM-8PM.

How it Works:

1.   Order products from our Online Store and select "Pick up" as your delivery method.
2.   Telephone orders: Call the Online Store directly at 778-985-4705 to make a telephone order. Telephone orders can be processed Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5:00 PM.
3.   When your order is ready, we will send you an e-mail with instructions for the pickup.

      The Gallery Store is open and shipping online orders.

      We are committed to our employees’ and customers’ health and safety, while also getting orders out in a timely manner. The Gallery Store warehouse employees are practicing social distancing as well as increasing sanitizing and safety measures.

      ORDER FULFILLMENT

      Orders are fulfilled Tuesdays and Thursdays.
      Downtown/Greater Vancouver Orders

      Orders within Downtown/Greater Vancouver are sent with VanCity Courier or Canada Post, depending what you select. VanCity Courier requires someone to be home to receive the order. VanCity Courier orders will be delivered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday depending on your order day. Please note your buzzer number, what day you will be home to receive the order, and any other delivery instructions if necessary.

      To receive your order by the weekend, please place your order by 10 AM on Thursdays and select the Courier shipping option at checkout. This shipping option is for Downtown/Greater Vancouver ONLY.

      Due to our store being closed we are unable to offer in-store pick up at this time. Please check back for updates.

      Canada Orders

      Orders will be sent by Expedited service with Canada Post. If you require your order to be sent Xpresspost or faster, please e-mail onlinestore@vanartgallery.bc.ca. Please note: Canada Post has suspended on-time guarantees.

      Outside of Canada Orders

      Orders shipping to the United States will be sent by Expedited service with Canada Post/USPS. If you require your order to be sent Xpresspost or faster, please e-mail onlinestore@vanartgallery.bc.ca. Please note: Canada Post has suspended on-time guarantees. USPS mail classes have extended their expected delivery times.

      The Gallery Store currently ships to Canada and the United States only. If you are outside of Canada or the United States please e-mail onlinestore@vanartgallery.bc.ca to place an order. Order requests addressed to a country where shipping services are suspended will be denied until suspension is lifted.

       

      RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

      Please note: Merchandise for refund or exchange must be in original condition unless received damaged or defective. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for any items returned to the Gallery Store for a refund or exchange. An original receipt must be present with the return. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

      All sales are final on sale items.

      If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your merchandise. Return authorization is required. Please contact customer service by email onlinestore@vanartgallery.bc.ca.

      For in-person returns

      We are extending our return policy to 30 days after our store reopens.
