Once an order is placed you will receive an automated response to confirm your order has been received. You may be contacted by a customer service representative with a revised order total or any inquiries pertaining to your order. Once your order has shipped an additional email will be sent to you.
Items that are pre-ordered from our website will be shipped as soon as the stock becomes available. You will receive a shipping notification at that time.
Vancouver Art Gallery Members, please select the Membership price when adding an item to your cart. Please enter your membership number in the Notes section on Your Shopping Cart page to receive the member price.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via our online store.

Gift Cards can be purchased over the phone or Online. Gift Cards for the Gallery Store are available in any amount. To place an order Online using a Gift Card please call 604-662-4705 to process payment.

The Vancouver Art Gallery Online Store ships all orders using Canada Post trackable shipping services.

Shipping Time within Canada and the United States is 1 to 8 business days for most regions. Orders are processed Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Fees Duties and Taxes
British Columbia orders include 7% PST (where applicable)
All Canadian orders include 5% GST
Orders shipped outside of Canada are tax exempt
Additional duties and taxes may be mandated by the destination country. The Vancouver Art Gallery Store has no control over or anticipation of these charges. Recipients are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days for exchange or refund. Return authorization is required. Please contact customer service by email email@example.com or call 604-662-4705.
Please note: Sale merchandise and masks are final sale. Merchandise for refund or exchange must be in original condition unless received damaged or defective. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
An original receipt must be present at the time of return or exchange. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for any items returned to the gallery for a refund or exchange without prior authorization. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
